Directions for use: When starting a regime of proto-col colostrums, follow one of two options,

(1) for anyone sensitive to medication, on day one take one capsule, day two take two capsules and so on up to eight capsules, dividing doses into twice daily. After eight days reduce the intake to the maintenance dose.

or,

(2) take eight capsules a day for eight days, then reduce to the maintenance dose.

Maintenance dose – take two capsules twice a day, on an empty stomach with a glass of water.
